Moldability Recommendations

Part Preparation for Injection

Uniform wall thickness to avoid sink marks.
Internal ribs and bosses only where required for assembly and electronics.
Draft angles of 1.5 – 2.5° on the exterior faces, larger on textured or decorated areas.
Clean, rounded edges around the button and LED openings.
Avoiding undercuts around the dinosaur decoration, unless sliders are accepted.
Assembly strategy by snap fit or ultrasonic welding.
Clear separation between cosmetic surfaces and functional sealing surfaces.
