2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

We collect and process the following categories of personal data for the purposes indicated below:

• Identification data: first name, last name, professional title
• Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address
• Professional data: job title, company name, industry
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site
• Message data: content of requests, customer feedback
• Transactional data: order history, digital invoices

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and managing the services requested (plastic injection molding, mold design, mechanical workshop)
• Communication and response to quote requests and inquiries
• Sending information about products and services (only with your consent)

5. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your personal data is accessible only to DINAMIC SRL employees who need access to perform their duties. Data may also be shared with:

• Service providers: hosting, contact form (see below), transactional email
• Public authorities: in accordance with legal obligations
• Business partners: only with explicit consent
• We do not sell or trade your data.

5.1 Processor for the contact form – Web3Forms

The contact form on this site is processed through the Web3Forms service (operator: Stack Web Technologies LLC, USA). The data you enter in the form (name, email, phone, company, subject and message) is transmitted by your browser directly to Web3Forms, which then delivers it by email to office@dinamic.ro.

Web3Forms acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR and does not use the data for any other purpose. Their privacy policy is available at: web3forms.com/privacy. Since Web3Forms servers are in the US, the transfer is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (see also section 6 — International Transfers).

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored in Romania and the European Union. If transfers outside the EU are necessary, we ensure that the respective countries have an adequate level of protection or we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data for:

• Contact data and inquiries: 3 years from the last interaction
• Transactional data and invoices: in accordance with accounting law (5 years)
• Cookies and browsing data: according to browser settings and consent
• After expiration: data is securely deleted or anonymized

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the following rights:

8.1 Right of Access (Art. 15)

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a user-friendly format.

8.2 Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

You can request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning you.

8.3 Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) (Art. 17)

You can request the deletion of your personal data, except where the law requires us to keep it (e.g. for accounting purposes).

8.4 Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18)

You can request that the processing of your data be restricted in certain circumstances.

8.5 Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)

You can request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and easily portable format, and request that it be transmitted to another controller.

8.6 Right to Object (Art. 21)

You can object to the processing of your data, including for direct marketing purposes.

8.7 Rights Related to Automated Decisions (Art. 22)

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that significantly affects you without human intervention.

How to exercise your rights: Send a written request to office@dinamic.ro with the subject "GDPR - [Right requested]". We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our site uses localStorage for essential preferences (e.g. language) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for anonymized traffic measurement.

9.1 What is localStorage?

localStorage is a technology similar to cookies that stores information locally on your device to remember certain preferences and settings.

9.2 What Information We Store

• Selected language: RO, EN, DE or FR — saved to display the site in your preferred language

9.3 Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics tags. GTM activates Google Analytics 4, which collects anonymized browsing data only with your consent. If you reject cookies from the banner, GA4 is not activated.

9.4 What We Use and What We Don't

• Cookie banner: On your first visit, accept or reject analytics cookies
• Withdraw consent: Delete the dinamic_cookie_consent key from localStorage and reload the page
• Browser: Clear cookies and site data from your browser settings to reset all preferences

Note: Rejecting cookies disables Google Analytics 4. Site functionality (language switching, contact form) is not affected.

10. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized modification or disclosure:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Role-based restricted access for employees
• Firewalls and intrusion prevention systems
• Regular backups and continuity plans
• Periodic audits and security assessments

Note: No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We recommend that you use strong passwords and do not share sensitive data over insecure channels.

In the event of a security breach that could affect your personal data, we will notify the competent authorities and you, as appropriate, within 72 hours.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority:
