Frequently asked questions
Answers to frequently asked questions about plastic injection molding, mold design and transfer, materials, production capacity, prototypes and requesting a quote from Dinamic SRL.
01 — Production and capacity
We produce technical injection molded plastic parts, in small runs and in series production, for the automotive, electrical, industrial and consumer goods sectors. Feasibility for a given part depends on geometry, material and compatibility with our equipment.
Dinamic SRL operates 13 injection molding machines, with clamping forces between 55 and 350 tonnes (550–3,500 kN). Shot weight goes up to approximately 1,021 g, depending on material, geometry and the machine used. Full details on the Injection Molding page.
Yes. We serve both small runs and series production. The commercial feasibility of a small run depends on the mold, material, part complexity and quantity.
We process general-purpose and engineering polymers: PP, PE-HD/PE-LD, ABS, PS, PA 6 and PA 6.6, POM, PC, PBT/PET, PC+ABS, ASA/AES, PMMA, SAN, PPS, TPE/TPU elastomers, glass-reinforced compounds PP GF30 and PA GF30/GF50, and PEEK on request. The full list and performance categories are on the Materials page.
Yes. We produce prototypes for part development and validation before series production, including mold optimisation based on the results. See Prototyping.
02 — Molds and transfer
Yes. An existing mold can be assessed for compatibility with Dinamic's equipment and for its technical condition. If work is required, it can be evaluated before production starts — the full process is described on the Mold Transfer page.
Yes. We have our own mechanical workshop and carry out mold maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. Modifications are assessed case by case, depending on the mold's construction and the technical requirement.
Yes. We design molds in 3D and build them in our own workshop, integrated with the injection molding process — from concept to the first validated run. Details on the Mold Design & Manufacturing page.
Yes, depending on mold compatibility, material, part requirements and the capacity needed. The first step is assessing the documentation and the existing mold — see production transfer.
03 — Quality, quoting, contact
Ideally: 2D drawing, 3D model, the intended material, quantity, dimensional and cosmetic requirements, the part's application and whether a mold already exists. If not all information is available, send what you have and the Dinamic team can request clarifications later.
For requests that include the necessary technical information, our aim is to send an initial response or assessment within approximately 48 hours. Complex projects may require additional clarifications.
Yes, we provide PPAP level 3 validation for projects that require it. The documentation is agreed per project together with the customer.
The factory is in Buzău, Romania, at Str. Șoseaua Digului nr. 10. Access details and opening hours are on the Contact page.
Send us your project details and we'll reply with a technical assessment.
