Technologies

Integrated park of 13 injection machines (Haitian, Engel, SZ, HT, SD), 2 blow molding machines and a full mechanical workshop with 13 machine tools, heat treatment furnace and 3 mechanical presses. Capable of handling both pilot runs and mass production, with repeatability and optimal energy consumption.

Injection Machines

13 injection machines, from 55 to 350 tons of clamping force, with injection volumes from 81 to 1,111 cm³ and pressures up to 236 MPa. Brands: Haitian, Engel Victory, SZ, HT and SD.

Our injection park is built for operational flexibility. Each press is selected for a specific application segment — from miniature electronic connectors to bulky automotive housings — so that every project runs on the machine that is optimal in terms of energy, dimensions and cost.

The 12 models cover the full industrial range: injection pressures from 115 to 236 MPa, injection speeds up to 347 g/s and platens from 430×420 mm to 969×969 mm. Tie-bar spacing ranges between 280 and 660 mm, allowing adaptation to molds of any standard industrial size.

All presses are equipped with a hydraulic ejector and standardized centering ring, while newer machines (Haitian, Engel Victory, HT 350) integrate servo-electric control, real-time process monitoring and connectivity for automated reporting.

SMALL SERIES

55 – 100 tf

4 presses (SZ 500A, SZ 700A, SZ 800A, HT 100) for small precision parts: electrical connectors, caps, electronic accessories, miniature components. Fast cycles, injection pressures up to 194 MPa, shot weight between 73 and 128 g — ideal for high-volume runs of light parts with tight tolerances.

MEDIUM SERIES

125 – 200 tf

7 presses (HT 125, SD 150, SZ 160A, Engel Victory 750/160, HT 200 ×2, Haitian 2000) — the backbone of production. Covers electrical housings, automotive parts, industrial components, technical packaging. Injection pressure reaches 236 MPa on the Engel Victory, and injection speed climbs to 230 g/s.

LARGE SERIES

280 – 350 tf

2 presses (Haitian 2800 and HT 350) for bulky parts and structural components. HT 350 — the flagship of the park — injects up to 1,021 g in a single cycle, with a theoretical volume of 1,111 cm³ and a 969×969 mm platen. The Haitian 2800 delivers the highest injection speed in the workshop: 347 g/s.

Blow Molding Machines

In addition to conventional injection, we have two blow molding machines for producing containers from 0.5 to 5 liters. Batenfeld handles small container runs (250×260 mm platen, 200 mm opening stroke), while KE 25 runs two simultaneous stations for bottles and containers up to 5 liters.

Supported processes include extrusion blow molding for polymers such as HDPE, PP and TPE, with the option of inline integration with automatic labeling systems.

Typical applications include technical containers, industrial bottles, transport containers and special packaging for the chemical, cosmetic and food industries.

Machine Tools

13 machine tools for mold manufacturing and maintenance: 3- and 4-axis CNC centers, electrode and wire EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding, universal milling, lathes and drilling machines. Positioning tolerances down to 0.0001 mm.

CNC Machining Centers

The top of the park is the CMX 1100 V — a 4-axis machining center with a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 rpm, 0.006 mm positioning accuracy and machining capacity for parts up to 1,000 kg with dimensions of 1,100×870×415 mm.

Complemented by 2 three-axis CNC centers (635×510×460 mm travel, 8,000 rpm, 0.008 mm accuracy) and the CLX 450 CNC lathe (Ø315×550 mm usable, 4,000 rpm, 0.01 mm accuracy), the workshop runs roughing, finishing and complex machining operations in parallel.

CAM programming is done directly from the 3D mold models designed by our team, ensuring consistency between design and manufacturing.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

For complex cavities and geometries impossible to machine by conventional milling, we operate 3 EDM machines: two electrode units (Ona DB300 and Agie) and one wire EDM (CUT E350).

The Agie and CUT E350 reach a positioning accuracy of 0.006 mm — the finest tolerance in our park — essential for mold cavities with sharp corners, micro-details and mirror surfaces requiring no manual post-processing.

Machining capacity reaches parts up to 750 kg on the Ona DB300, with a usable envelope of 800×500×265 mm.

Grinding, milling, turning

Finishing and general operations are covered by a full set of conventional and semi-CNC machines: a TOS-300 surface grinder (1,000×300 mm, 3,000 rpm), an RU 100 cylindrical grinder (Ø100×L400 mm, 12,000 rpm), a FUS 32 universal milling machine and a KNUTH V-Turn 410 parallel lathe (Ø410×L1,000 mm).

For secondary operations we also have a KART universal lathe and two drilling machines (M25 and DRILL 20), which handle precise drilling, tapping and finishing on small and medium parts.

This diversity lets us produce a complete mold in-house, from raw block to final polished cavity, with no dependence on external suppliers.

Heat Treatment and Mechanical Presses

Heat treatment

The in-house heat treatment furnace reaches 1,100°C, supporting complete hardening, tempering, annealing and normalizing operations for mold components (C45, 40Cr10, X38CrMoV5, 1.2343, 1.2738 steels).

The usable furnace envelope (450×300×140 mm) covers most internally processed mold components. In-house heat treatment eliminates transport downtime and gives us full control over process parameters — duration, ramps, atmosphere.

The result: parts with hardness between 28 and 62 HRC, according to specifications for mold service life (500,000 – 1,000,000 guaranteed cycles).

Mechanical presses

3 mechanical presses cover stamping, deep-drawing, forming and assembly operations: 6 tf, 10 tf and 40 tf, with worktables from 380×220 mm to 630×450 mm and ram strokes up to 120 mm.

The 40 tf press — with a 5.5 kW motor and 160 double strokes per minute — is used for stamping large series, while the smaller presses (6 tf and 10 tf) handle delicate assembly, forming and controlled deformation operations.

This equipment is essential for projects combining injection-molded parts with metal inserts, localized stamping or in-house assembly steps.
