About the Service

From technical drawing to production mold

Dinamic SRL designs and manufactures plastic injection molds using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software and 5-axis CNC machining centers. Every mold is engineered to deliver consistent quality, fast cycles and long service life.

We provide end-to-end services: DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, fill simulation (Moldflow), 3D design, manufacturing, run-in and PPAP validation. We take on projects from clients with their own design, or starting from scratch.

We handle preventive and corrective maintenance for all manufactured molds, ensuring maximum production availability.

Mold manufacturing is built on the integrated mechanical workshop park: 13 machine tools (3- and 4-axis CNC centers, electrode and wire EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding), heat treatment furnace and 3 mechanical presses. We machine mold components up to 1,000 kg, with accuracy down to 0.005 mm on EDM.
