About the Service

Complete machining capabilities

Dinamic SRL's mechanical workshop houses 13 machine tools, covering 3- and 4-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, electrode and wire EDM. The top performer is the CMX 1100 — a 4-axis machining center, with a 1,100×560×510 mm travel and parts up to 1,000 kg.

We complement machining with in-house heat treatment (HT furnace up to 1,100°C, parts up to 350×200×100 mm) and 3 mechanical presses rated at 6, 10 and 40 tons. This combination lets us manufacture mold components and special tooling entirely in-house, with no subcontracting.

The workshop directly supports the injection and mold departments, ensuring machining of active elements and spare parts, with guaranteed fast turnaround.

3- and 4-Axis CNC Milling

3 machining centers: 2× three-axis centers (635×510×460 mm travel, 8,000 rpm) + CMX 1100 four-axis (1,100×560×510 mm travel, A-axis ±80°, 12,000 rpm). Parts up to 1,000 kg.

CNC and Conventional Turning

CLX 450 CNC lathe (Ø315×550 mm, 4,000 rpm) + KNUTH V-Turn 410 (Ø410×1,000 mm, 3,000 rpm) + KART lathe (Ø80×300 mm).

Surface and Cylindrical Grinding

TOS-300 surface grinder (1,000×300 mm work surface) + RU 100 cylindrical grinder (Ø100×400 mm, 12,000 rpm). Roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µm.

Electrode EDM

Agie machine (parts up to 800×500×265 mm) and DB300 (parts up to 750 kg). Complex shapes on hardened steels, CuBe, carbides.

Wire EDM Cutting

CUT E350: 350×250 mm travel, ±45° cutting angle, parts up to 820×680×250 mm. Ideal for molds, stamping dies and hard steels.

Heat Treatment + Pressing

In-house HT furnace up to 1,100°C (parts up to 350×200×100 mm). 3 mechanical presses: 6, 10 and 40 tf — for drawing, punching and calibration operations.
