Laboratory mission
Our lab covers the full range of checks needed to validate injection-molded parts: 3D dimensional inspection, hardness tests, tensile strength, impact and visual appearance verification.
For automotive customers, we deliver PPAP level 3 validations with all supporting documents: PFD, FMEA, control plan, MSA and Cp/Cpk capability reports.
Equipment
Coordinate measuring system with electronic probe, for high-precision dimensional inspection, up to 500 mm.
Non-contact system, 20x / 50x projector lens. Inspects, measures and verifies 2D features, 0.01 mm resolution.
Detailed surface analysis, micro-dimension measurement and inspection of injection defects.
Hardness verification for elastomers, technical polymers and parts with specific stiffness requirements.
Tensile, compression and flexural strength tests according to ISO 527 and ISO 178.
Accelerated aging tests, thermal cycling and controlled humidity for automotive validations.
Precision weighing for part weight analysis and polymer filler loading control.
Go/no-go gauges dedicated to each product, periodically calibrated to ISO 9001.
Inspection process
We define critical dimensions, inspection frequency and acceptance criteria together with the customer.
100% inspection of first parts, mold validation and PPAP approval before serial production.
Statistical inspections per AQL, Cp/Cpk monitoring and process adjustments when needed.
Digital document with measurements, part photos and certificate of conformity for the batch.
